Wrong certificate

I was appointed as ldc under compassionate grounds. My father document doest say any community.my mothers say obc. So i got a obc certificate using her document. Now they say its not valid . Am already appointed and adjusted in obc category. But now my certificate are sent for verification. The result may be negative. Can i approach my HOD saying it was wrongly mentioned and my mother filled it wrong . And change my order to general. Its compassionate ground. Can it be rectified before the verification report. I did not enjoy any benefits under obc . I was only adjusted to that category as i mentioned it .please help me with a suggestions. I didt do anything wrong.now my job is at risk .

an SC/ST/OBC candidate can apply as General. For compassionate appointment you can be adjusted in general if no other candidate had better claim as compassionate appointed in 5% quota of DR.

If you were appointed under compassionate grounds then the predecessor's community can be taken into account, if you have done any mischief at the time of joining then you be held liable for the mistake, please try to rectify the same within the department level.

Can I send a letter to my Head of department. . as I was not appointed under quota .and compassionate ground appointment is not based on caste. And withdraw my caste status from obc to general. . please help me solve my problem.

Help me out sir. . my family needs support.. Can head of the department change my appointment from obc to general category and cancel the certificate I produced for consideration . and treat me as a general category employee
