Power of attorney

I have a house in my name purchased from my father's income. It was not purchased for me but due to some family problems registry was made in my name. Presently, no one reside in the said house. I am going to quit my home and want to give power of attorney to sale or possess this house to my father. How should I do it?

I am not on even speaking terms with my family. Moreover I am a govt. Employee
And have enough funds for myself. My brother has a Court case with his wife. The parents does not like both of us and doesn't listen to me regarding my living seperately and getting married . So, I want to part my ways and quit the house as well as my share of property.
