Respected sir,
grant of 2 yrs weightage under para 10(2) of eps,1995
is effective in gujarat or not? If not then what is to be done to get it?pl.advice.

(2) In the case of the member who superannuates on attaining
the age of 58 years, and/or who has rendered 20 years
pensionable service or more, his pensionable service shall be
increased by adding a weightage of 2 years.

The said para in Central enactment does not seem to limit it to said state!
