What step shall I take against my brother-in-law,sister(hereinafter he & she)& my parents as he criminally interfered into both of my family lives by false criminal allegations against me,by his pseudo fear of 498A,whereas he dared his own sister-in-law's SUICIDAL attempt,by terming me as mental patient. Though,the first psychiatrist of his choice diagnosed me negative. Thus he cornered me,though for long I served him & her. He became jealous to us as my 1st wife got Govt job after marriage.My parents never liked me for my protest against their some heinous roles. He got my parents under his fold utilizing their weak points.After my 1st marriage 1st wife got Govt. job,she became boastful & continued her pre-marital love.It cracked our marital relation. Noteworthy,he & she arranged my 1st bride by posing my local guardian.On nagging urge from him I divorced my 1st wife because he made the issue sensational. Again, tried to find 2nd bride for me.I clearly requested him,her & my parents not to involve in my 2nd marriage.I didn't involve the four. I even didn't want to invite him & her, but on my mother's crying request I did in my 2nd marriage.I solely started finding bride for me.I married one widow (Govt school teacher) along with her biological female child.I was happy with the child.So, I administered contraceptive pill to my 2nd wife as I didn't want 2nd child. 2nd wife(hereinafter SHE) is habitual liar,SHE asked us to sell out our native property. SHE tried me & my parents financially weak.I objected to HER. I,jointly with HER,purchased a flat to accommodate my parents. The flat issue deteriorated our marital relation.SHE used him. SHE then blackmailed me of police & 498A many times.HER relatives also threatened me of physical hurt. He again played the spoil-sport in the same manner even involving others against me.I started hostel life in fear of police as SHE went to police, but,in vain. During hostel life I got information that from HER previous married life SHE is continuing illicit relation with husband of HER deceased eldest sister under patronage of HER mother.I asked HER for meeting on the matter of HER illicit relation. SHE & none of HER relatives agreed to meet, though I called HER prostitute repeatedly.So,I broke HER matrimonial bangles.SHE again went to police, but, in vain.From then(13.02.2014) SHE has been staying at HER mother's home with the child.As I love the child as my own I requested HER to start family life,afresh, even near HER mother's house. But, SHE repeatedly played HIDE & SEEK with me by agreeing & afterwards not agreeing. SHE provoked others to beat me severely in the evening on 19.03.2016 when I went to HER to see my child. In the mean time I repeatedly asked him to solve my this family problems, as he, ignoring repeated request,even threat of using slang language,played spoil-sport in both of my family lives by attending many meetings also. But, he threatened me of police,sacking me from my Govt service,physical hurt by using his high official power as he is a Govt officer under West Bengal Govt . Till now they term me as mental patient to my known persons.My parents now propagate to others that I beat them. Thus he,she & my parents are playing against me till date as I repeatedly asking him to solve my problem now.

Respected Sir(s),
After a long gap I, ARNAB MANDAL, with sorrow for not disclosing (optional) my name further DISTURB you all to note that I tried, in between, like other times, to persuade him through my parents to solve my present family problem, but in vain. As he blocked my phone numbers from 13.03.2014, when I abused him first for he yet then was maintaining contact with my 2nd wife without trying to solve our problem, I , like many other times,contacted over phone with my parents very recently. But, like other times, my father sternly said that he would not ask him and her to come to meeting to solve my family problem. My one native friend also tried over phone to pusuade him, her, my parents to solve my problem. He & she also threatened of police and misbehaved. My parents also played with him that I am a mental patient and misbehaved. In between my father alleged that I beat him. My parents misuse their senior citizenry. Hence, I cannot go to my native home, where my parents live from early Feb,2013 on the instruction of him, in fear of my parents' false police case against me of beating them. Noteworthy, I abused my parents for their CRIMINAL bias to him & her, who is the most culprit of our family. Noteworthy, like my first married life time, during my 2nd marriage time I was also termed as mental patient. Keeping me in dark in July & August of 2012 (two times) my parents & she (my 2nd wife knew about that visits) visited another new psychiatrist, who prescribed some liquid medicine for me, as these three persons told the psychiatrist that it was not possible for them to get me accompany them to visit the doctor. Hence he prescribed liquid medicine which was being administered to me with my solid or liquid food keeping me in dark. When I realized my mother stopped for the time being, but , continued administering the medicine for other some months without again visiting the doctor who advised some medical test after 2nd visit before 3rd visit. As their that heinous practice would be known to me, they did not ask me for medical visit. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MESSAGE IS IN ADDITION TO MY MESSAGE ON 19.09.2016. WHATEVER I SAY IN MY MESSAGE IS HONESTLY SAID. I eagerly wait for your valued guidance. May I inform his office about his this heinous role ? I mutually divorced her in the year, 2009. She was govt-aided school taecher for which she was finally selected after seven days of my marriage with her. She married within one month after our divorce, as I was reported by our common acquainted person, then.

Further to note, I habitually don't react to others at the early times. I give chance to others many times. As my parents was also with him and my parents themselves terming me mental patient the situation has become grave. Because everybody knows that parents know and say the best possible perfect information about their children. One point I missed that he is so repressive in manner that he instructed her to get return from my parents the free SIM of BSNL "MANIK-JOD" offer. Because my parents could not do against me as directed by him. Free calling between the land line and the SIM was offered by BSNL. Yet now the offer to then landlines is in practice. The SIM was given by her to my parents to call with him & her free of charge because the SIM was of the BSNL line that he had in his residence as Bengal Govt offer. Noteworthy, when I raised the very issue of taking back of the SIM with my parents he, realizing anticipated legal hassle, cut the BSNL line, charge of which Bengal Govt bears because he is a high profile senior officer.

For Mutual consent divorce both of you should Mutually agree and file the MCD Petition together and it could be completed in 6 month time.That would be a good option for you to come out of all the headaches

Is there no provision for any punishment to him,her & my parents for their such heinous role in our judicial system ? Moreover, mutual divorce is my last resort. In our Hindu society specially in our near circle, yet now one time divorce is not welcome. At this situation how can I marry third time ? Is there no reward in our society through our judicial system for my so sacrifice for the child whom I took as my own and for whom I did not take any child of my own semen ? I had very very good relation with my child. I have some electronic evidence in support of my claims. He has actually spoilt my life because my parents have valuable land property at our native place. By making my life so miserable and lonely he has been able to isolate from most of my natives also. There, all eyes of our neighbours are in our property. They are eager to get part of our property. My one cousin uncle also became in his favour because he, by political tactics, favoured my that uncle's son. Whereas one poor family, neighbouring their native home, who used to serve them many times, as I know well, did not get any help from him. The family expressed their grievances to me.
