My father has made a will in my name and he is no more. I have a elder sister. Kindly let me know what is the process of transfer of flat in my name

No need to be anonymous in this case.
Get the will probated and apply to the relevant department with the copy of probate to transfer the title in your name. Take a help of a good lawyer in your area.

1. IF father has executed will in name of "Anonymous", THEN the will is null & void and property cannot be transferred in name of "Anonymous"
