I had given a Notary GPA to my brother to attend the court proceedings in connection with the eviction of a tenent. In the GPA the sale condition was also there because we were in very good terms with my brother. Now my brother is trying to dipose off the property on the basis of the GPA. The GPA was executed in the year 2003, and I am not sure about the date. I also do not know the name of the Notary because first I signed the GPA and then my brother got it notrised. I would like to cancell the GPA. Since I dont know the name of the Notary as well as the exact date of the execution, what is the procedure to cancell the same. Kindly help me.
Thanks, with regards

GPA is also issued by you to attend the court proceedings. YOu will get the copy of the GPA in the court,so obtain the copy immediately and issue notice of cancellation to your brother and publish the notice in the local news paper.

Dear Mr. Rajeevji and Mr. Khaleel Ahmed saab,
Thanks for your prompt help. I would like to bring to your kind notice that my brother after obtaining GPA, never attended the Court, but he is keeping the GPA with himself. Sir/s, my question to you is wheather the cancellation notice can be issued without knowing the date of execution and name of the Notary, because I signed the GPA in 2003 not in presence of the Notary but in our house, but I dont know the date of signature of the Notary on the GPA which was signed after my signature. Can I send the notice just stating the details of my property? Please help.
Thanking you with best regards.
