In existing registered partnership firm how new partner is being admitted and how one can resign?Please provide me the specimen of admission of partner and resignation of partner from regd partnership firm.

Any new partner can be admitted with the consent of other partners. The existing partner can also ressign after giving his resignation letter. In the second case giving public notice is mandatory if he was the active partner. In both the cases the partnership firm gets reconstituted.

Mr Ajit the rule led down in the partnership deed will decide how a new partner will be introduce and how one can resign.

You have to dissolve the partnership and form new one addition or deletion of member.
