misusing facility

hi,

One of our relative is in Income Tax dept. He is misusing his office vigilence by tapping our phones. He is my sisters husband. He had also tapped phone of her, my mother, mine and etc. Do not undertsand why he is doing it.
Nobody would like that their privacy is leaked. what action can i take? please suggest.

Dear Anonymous,
It is a pity that you believe that your relative, simply because he is in the Income Tax Department, can get any one's phone tapped. It is not that simple. Better come out of such imaginations.

If your doubt is right then lodge complaint to his higher authority and to the police but certainly with some prima facie proof.

its not easy to tapping phone in India. simply you can give application/complaint in IT & TELEPHONE department better you can use RTI FOR TAPPING OF YOUR PHONE IN BOTH DEPARTMENTS
