what is the proper procedure for GPA?

Apropos my previous queries about GPA. If a NRI obtains GPA just by notarising it abroad, is it valid? Does he or she has to do it in the Indian embassy on a stamp paper?

It is not valid , already replied your query posted on this site. GPA of NRI must be attested by the Indian Consulate, then only it is valid.
