Quashing of case

Hi All-

I applied in high court of andhra pradesh 4 months back to quash a case. Till now it is not resolved . and date is getting postponed everytime.

1)Can some one who has enough news on andhra pradesh high court tell me why is this happening like this

2)can anything be done to speed up the process at high court ?

YOU WILL NOT TELL EXACTLY WHAT TYPE OF CASE INCASE THAT CASE IS IN CRIMINAL ONCE FILED IN HC IN 482 CR.PC THAT WILL COME DAY AFTER BUT YOU SAID PASSED IN 4 MONTHS YOU IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR COUNSEL.
