Dear Sir,

We found one of our empoyee sleeping at night on work place in that circumstances what steps should be taken against him as per standing order or modal standing order.

depends upon the company and rules and regulation, same time they will give precaution notice.

yes you can issue the explanation letter stating why you not suspended from your posr as have done this act despite the conditions of the job
