sir,
my age is 55 years i am working in BBMP as a temporary employee , some of my collegue got termanent , corporation is not making me apermanent , can i ask regularisation in service ,
if i want to file case , which court has a jurisdiction , ?

Claim of permanency depends on the fact whether any such scheme is available in the establishment. If there exist any such scheme you can claim your rights under such scheme. However, in case your juniors are made permanent ignoring your seniority, you can take advantage of this fact also. But if no such ingredients are available, you have no right to be declared as permanent irrespective of the fact, you have worked for considerable period.

At the age of 55, may be BBMP policies not allowing you to become a permanent employee. Still you see the regulation in department or inquire about the same before opting any dispute.
