my one the customer had taken policy from axis bank where metlife india insurance company tieup with this bank. when customer got policy he applied for cancellation. as per company rules within 15 days customer can submit for cancellation. and same customer has done. he has submit his policy for cancellation to bank place with that concern person(JANKI VYAS) but due to loss of comission she has not submit that policy for cancellation. now what is soluation for this case please suggest me, bank not taking any responsibility and that lady left job and her boss also not answer in proper way.

do you have any proof of submitting the aplication to the bank within 15 days of receipt?
first sent a regd letter to the metlife with a copy to the concerned axis bank branch for cancellation of the policy.
wait 2-3 weeks and if the outcome is not positive,sent a representation to the insurance ombudsman of the area.

If there is documentry proof of said submission of cancellation application with the Agent,then a complaint in consumer court can be filed.

Firstly send a legal notice and ask for cancellation. If it does not work, you may approach the insurance ombudsman and consumer court. But see that you have proof to show that you had been for cancellation within 15 days.
