Dear sir,

I, had file an RTI in MHADA. In case, if, I don't get an information within 30 day's then please advise who is the The First Appellate Authority and where we can locate.

Just send to 1st Appl. PIO, to the address of PIO.

Every department has its own herarchy of PIOs and appellate authorities at each level. Check it with the department it self.

Yes. Am agree with mr.arunagiri. Every first appeal authority should be the same address of that general information officer.
