In Defence Services there is a provision which includes such disabled children (including Major Children). Since, the querry pertains to U.P., it is suggested to apply to the Pension Disbursing Office of the Family Pensioner. If there is a provision in U.P. Govt pension rules, such person shall be eligible on demise of the family pensioner. Alternatively, information regarding this can also be sought through RTI application.
