Next steps for contempt of lok adalats decree award

sir,

i would like to know next steps for contempt of lok adalats Award is Decree.

recovery amount decided in lokadalat and as per order amount has not been paid. and Dhr filed an Simultaneous Ep of attachment and to arrest the Jdr, to EP for Recovery of the balance decreed amount.
and Dhr got Decree to pay the balance amount. but
the Jdr had went to high Court and got stay in the same Ep's.
please suggest.

Contest JDr move in High Court and get stay vacated.

Where is iota of contempt of court in the given case. Process in High Court is in the chain of litigation which cannot be termed as contempt of court.

Judgment debtor has not violated the award of Lok Adalat but challenged the award in High court which is continuation of litigation and not a contempt of court.contest it.
