Pan - civil action

dear all,

I had some dues pending against my credit card which i cleared before few months.

Now when approach bank for loan they informed me that my PAN is under civil. I doesnot understand exact meaning of same. Is it under civil action ? if yes what i need to do as i already got settlement against credit card.

Pls advice.

if you clear all pending dues then ask to the bank NOC or clearness certificate

bank must not have updated its records with CIBAL . since you ahve cleared all the credit card dues request the bank to update its records and inform CIBAL
