Termination or regulization

Good after noon sir,
The government of J&k is appointing lectureres/doctors/teachers etc on contractual criteria. Is there any chance to get them regulized by requesting to the concerned quarters.Is there any legal protection to approach any court of the country to get there contactual services regulized.
Kindly guide me

Usually, such posts are regularised only on notification by the government.

Generally respective state govt. Published notification for regularisation of post. It totally depends upon the term and condition of the contractual service and state govt. whether to regularise or not

As a matter of right, such employees cannot claim such regularization because their appointment is solely on the basis of a specific contract on the expiry of which each party is free from contractual terms but generally it is seen that courts take a lenient view in such matter because the job is of running nature and the appointed persons possess requisite qualification and now experience so their services are regularized on certain terms and conditions thereafter.
