we own a piece of property here in patiala,we have all our documents with us like registry(17 yrs old),but in past few days someones trying to like encroach it .we filled an apllication for fard,but the patwariseems to be have tied up with them and has not produced the correct one ( he changed the area name in there and said that this property is now under so and so area but its not true),so what should we do now??

You should immediately file a civil suit for injunction against the person trying to encroach upon on the basis of documents under your hand like registered sale deed and map annexed thereto. The desired record can be got summonned through the process of court at later stage.
Alternatively, the record can also be obtained from District Patwar located within the premises of Mini Secretariat patiala.

Yes do move to the court and without wasting time file a suit for declaration and injunction.
To put more pressure on them you can file criminal case of tresspassing and criminal intimidation against them as well.

sir i want to mention that ,the person is actually kinda defaulting ,he is not coming out in open we just have informal information ,so what to do in such a case..................sorry for incomplete prior information
