Hello respected,
I have a power of attorny in 07-2001 as flate no 2.(at that time in municipal corporation that flat mentioned as flat no 2 in tax bill). From Power, I have sold by registered deed that flat to my wife as flat no 2. After that builder & I also found that flate no is wrong. It is originally no 1. Builder gave me some society deed(non registered) in favour of my wife as a ownership letter & also give noc for flate no 1. Also transfered share certificate in favour of my wife. From 10 year I am getting tax bill & light bill as flat no 1. The original member is not located now, who had gave me power in 07-2001.
Now I want to sell my flat. I have regestered deed for flat no 2 & light bill , tax bill and builder letter/noc for flat no 1.

the flat belongs to your office . she can sell the flat as builder has executed deed in favour of your wife mentiong the number of flat as no 1 .

Let the builder execute the correction deed.

As power of attorney you can execute a rectification deed in favor of your wife for correction of flat no. in the sale deed ,then municipal record should also be applied for correction.

I humbly differ with ld. experts. In my opinion, rectification deed could not be possible. Since change in subject property.
