Transfer of corporate office but not registered office from new delhi to gurgaon.

Our company would be shifting its Corporate office from New Delhi, where the registered office is located to Gurgaon.
Now my question is, do we have to apply for registeration with PF, Esic, etc.in Haryana. What are the other legal requirement we have to follow.

Merely change of office from Delhi to Gurgaon shall not require fresh application of EPF & ESIC from Haryana.

You shall have to get the change intimated to Registrar Companies as well as all other Govt. authorities related with your work like EPF etc.

Dear Sir,
The Registered office of the Company would still be in New Delhi only corporate office would move.
