sir,
My father died without writting will,on his name house is there.we are two sisters and one brother,my mother is also there.How each will get share on this property.and one more query my grand father worte a will on my father name and uncle name(my father brother),from that we will get any share.

all of u get 1/4 of house share
u will get your 1/4 share from Will property too, only of your father. [uncle to his heirs only, unless he have none]

yes each oflegal heirs will get 1/4th share . as fara s grandfather will is concerned you will get share bequeathed to your father

All have equal right on the property. The property will be devided equally among allthe 4 of you.

All of you would equally share the property left by your father exclusively.
However the said property would be first divided between your father and your unlce. So all of you have equal share in it but with regard to its half share belonging to your father only.
