Error in the sale deed.

(Querist) 19 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
hi,
recently we executed sale dead in whcih date of execution was metioned as (17/02/2011 ) the sentence,
West By: SY.No. 25, the word SY was wrongly typed, instead of Plot (West By: plot.No. 25).

please tell me wat i can do for this. this their any effect in feature. the process and value of stamp paper etc.in this connection

You need not worry as it is a negligible typograhical mistake.

Is it "sale DEAD" or "Sale Deed" ? However,such "feature" will may not have serious effect in "future" please.
