MY FRIEND MARRY THE GIRL WHO WAS NOT HAVING DIVORECE FROM ANY COURT BUT ON STAMP PAPER IN REGISTRAR OFFICE., HE WAS NOT KNOWING ANY THING ABOUT IT., SHE WAS HAVING ONE GIRL FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE BUT WITHIN 8 MONTHS SHE LEFT HER WITH HER DAUGHTER., BUT MY FRIEND CAME TO KNOW THAT NOW SHE HAS TAKEN ADMISSION OF HER DAUGHTER SHOWING NEW NAME OF PERSON AND SHWON HER FATHER. Respected Mr. Sankar.My friend married a women she was having one baby from her earlier husband,she was having divorece on stamp paper in registered office.Wi th my friend she stay 8 months and left to her parents house.,but she is so arogent that her parents also not kept her so she rented one house and started beauty parlour., but now we came to know that her daughters name in the school with new name on fathers column, neither her previous father ( reall father ) neither my friends name but new name.

Your friend should file nullity petition under section 12 (1) of HMA.

The question remains ,if the wife has taken legal divorce from her previous husband or not, for that knowing contents of divorce deed would be necessary, if practice of taking any customary divorce through execution of a divorce deed exists in the family/society/community of the spouses, then it will be a legal divorce , as such a divorce is saved by the Hindu Marriage Act 1955

It is not a valid marriage. Your friend should file for a decree of nullity.
