Law farm

I want to establish a law farm by virtue of a partnership Deed. My query is it mandatory for a law farm that all partners should be an advocate?
If one of them is an advocate then can it be treated as law farm?

Kindly forward me a draft copy of a partnership Deed to establish a law farm.

Prepare draft jointly by your firm members, Do not grow roses on your farm, prepare drafts for others too,

First of all, please be noted that it is FIRM and not FARM.

All partners whould be advocate in a law firm.

Drafts are not provided in this section.

If firm of advocates is going to be established, it is shame for us to supply the prepared draft. All partners may use their own mind and can draft as per their terms and conditions.

well Diganta, you all the partners being lawyers have sufficient resources to write down an agreement for this purpose. rightly said by Deepak, its Law Firm and Law Farm...you are not to establish a farm house...but a firm.
