CAN A SCHOOL DETAIN ANY CHILD UPTO CLASS VIII AS PER RTE ACT 2005....IF THE SCHOOL DO SO....CAN I FILE PIL IN HIGH COURT.

Yes, you can file PIL.

But school can detain if attendance is not complete or any other strong reasoning is there.

School can, provided they justify the act with strong reason. You can also file a PIL.
