is power of attorney give power to a person to sell an immovable property after supreme court decision of suraj lamps vs state of haryana date 11 oct 2011.

what basic principle sc laid down by this decision

SC Judgment in Suraj Lamps - Court observed that the SA/GPA/Will are not Transfers /sales/ and that the transactions can not be treated as Completed Transfer or Conveyance .There is further requirements to be complete in pursuance of SA/GPA Etc

Delhi High Court in Suresh Kuamr v/s Suresh Atal- delivered on 1-3-2012- in RFA No;- 482/2011 clarified the Judgment of SC in Suraj Lamps Judgment- does not govern Possessory rights
