sir i wanted to know while filing complaint regarding cheque bounce do we need to have the cheque with us i mean do we need to collect the cheque from bank ?

Yes, collect it from the bank along with the memo of bank giving reason of cheque bounce.

When a cheque is bounced by bank it is returned with memo of returning which indicates the reason of cheque bounce.
