Power of attorney registration

we have plot in Uttar Pradesh in name of our 4 brothers. we all are staying in mumbai. a power of attorney made and registered in mumbai in name of any 1 brother can enable him to go and sell the property there in UP.

No the POA must be registered in which jurisdiction the property is situated. Hence the POA given in mumbai and registered there is of no use.

If all three are residing in the jurisdiction there is no problem in registration and and can sale/ registered sale deed.
