In my case in NCDRC, Hon. Judges have said me to withdraw my case and there was other option also but I have forgot that option. what would be the other option for WITHDRAWAL? Kindly inform me that other option of WITHDRAWAL of the Case.
Ho. Judges in Hon Commission told me that this is a civil case but there were only irregularities on the part of the Bank since my accounts were opened till end of the last transaction in my accounts. I told them that there were Deficiencies of Services by the Bank, there was Vicarious Liabilities on the Part of the Bank and there was UNAUTHORIZED Transfer of Shares and Money from my accounts. The bank was involved, indulged and engaged only in all fraudulent, criminal and illegal activities. But they told me to withdraw otherwise...................Why my case was not admit in the Commission though there are every valid grounds and reasons that my case must be admitted? Hon Judged informed in the Court Room that my case is solid and powerful having all relevant documents and it is almost solved then also they informed me to withdraw otherwise.............Why?
They told me that I must file my Case in the high court and for that they will give me relief in the Order.
Kindly inform me what is the other option of Withdrawal.

if you dont withdraw the case they will dismiss the case . if you agree to withdraw thay may grant you liberty to file suit in high court for necessary reliefs .
