Why do you wish to change your name? If it is because of error crept in the marks sheet, you have to make a request to SSC through your High School - in turn forwards to Disitrict Educational Officer and to the SSC Board. You have to enclose the proof of error crept, duly recommended by the Head Master of the School. You may have to followup personally in SSC Board for further action.
