What is the time limit for giving order after completion of hearing u/s 70 (b) of The Bombay Tenancy & Agricultural Land Act, 1948 in Mamlatdars court? (Is it 90 days ?)
R.K Nanda (Expert) 28 September 2012
there is no limitation to give order.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 29 September 2012
STRANGE QUESTION?

LIMITATION IS PRESCRIBED FOR ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHTS ONLY.

ORDERS HAVE NO TIME LIMIT YET THEY ARE EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED WITH IN REASONABLE TIME OF A MONTH ELSE A FRESH HEARING IS EXPECTED.
Guest (Expert) 29 September 2012
Can be any day, week, month or even a year if not pronounced within the same day and there is any reason behind that, as all depends upon the complexity of the case.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 30 September 2012
There is no prescribed limit for this purpose.
