With due respect to whole lawyers fraternity, there are many lawyers available in each and every expert area.
For e.g I am looking expert for 498A, 406.
Please let me know about the criteria, factors which should be considered while deciding/signing any lawyer.

Right Sir.
But how an outsider who is just going to visit the court for just an hour to search for a good lawyer can judge above traits.

Dear Mr. Arora
first of all you should made a notes of your queries and consult with a lawyer if he is able to give you response of your all query, you can judge that he/she is capable and have good knowledge of the field.
second thing can't be possible to judge that lawyer is honest or not.
