Sir,
1. Is there any Judgement regarding the
Demand notice is null and void if wrong
date of notice is written i.e.
03.01.2012 insted of 03.01.2013 in the
top of the notice.
what will the consequent effect is such mistake is occurred?
2. if on order of court if public notice issued in news paper and middle name of the petitioner is wrong is the public notice become void?

1)it would be a typographical error .notice would not be invalid

LEGAL NOTICE WILL BE VALID, AS IT AMOUNT TO MINOR CLERICAL MISTAKE. It usually happens in the month of January, as people are habituated to write xx-yy-12
Judge do consider it. The date of Posting and receiving clarify that it was posted in jan 13.
Opp party can take the defence. of wrong middle name. However such small clerical mistakes do not change judgement on it's own....
