dear experts,
i purchased a plot from A and at the same time i sold another plot to A.we both wants regd.the same on our respective names and accordingly we paid registration fees in a bank through a challen on 26-03-2013.but at the time of registration we both stopped and wants to post phone the registration due to some other urgent work.Now in A.P.regigistration charges hiked from 1st ,April,13.and the plots are in A.P.whether we have to pay hiked registration charges at present or enough the regd.charges already paid.kindly advice in this regard.

you have to pay increased charges ans you did not register the plot .

Yes, you have to pay the stamp duty levied on the date of registration only.

yes!You would have to pay hiked stamp duty and registration charges at present rate.

Charges have to be paid as per the rates prevailing on the actual day of registration.
