X purchased the land from others.
he gifted that land to her sister Y with all the rights.
That lady Y sold the land.
Now that guy X and his wife applied for divorce and their son who is minor applied and court granted injection order on the perticuler land. Court issued the injection order before her sister Y registered to others Z. Due to postal delay it eached to reg office late befor that time the land got registered to other guy Z.
Now what can be done, and who would be the owner for that land. the guy who purchased Z the land able to sell it. please tell me how to proceed on this.

You have to give the relevant dates and other particulars for giving an answer to your query.
1. When was the divorce petition filed?
2. When was the gift given by X to his sister? (Whether the gift was given after the divorce petition was filed?)
3. Whether the gift given by X to Y was registered by paying stamp duty?
4. What was the prayer in the divorce petition?
5. Whether any interim application was filed by wife of X praying for stay on disposing of the property by X?
6. If such a prayer was in the interim application, then indicate whether this application was filed after the gift was given by X to Y or prior to that.
