Regarding complaint in women cell

Respected Sir,

I did dowryless marriage by giving ad in the newspaper. My wife made a false complaint in women cell aganist me and my family members that they have given Rs. 40 lacs in cash, Rs. 5 lacs jewellery and 2.5 FD. I have not taken a single peny from them except they have given Rs. 2.25 lac as FD to her daughter. How do i prove Rs. 40 lacs cash which they are telling, they have given in cash. Please guide

You need not prove rather your wife has to prove that such big amount was given to you as dowry on your demand. You can demand the income tax return and other source of income of your father in law while contesting the cases.

You need not disprove it. Let then prove it first. You just refute the allegations altogether.
