Rights in parental property

(Querist) 09 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
We are 3 sisters and happily married. after the death of my mother my father decided to construct floors and give each to all 3. since the existing plot on which floors were to be constructed was in joint names of my father and mother hence my father took NOC / signatures from all 3 which we willingly gave in registrars office. The construction started & is in progress and over a period my other 2 sisters conspired and started brainwashing my father and now I am in doubt if my right is protected as I have surrendered my share of my mother part since I gave NOC. Though my father has not done anything -ve but I cant trust my sisters. Pls guide to get my rights protected. Can I send any legal notice or withdraw my earlier NOC/ consent of relinquishing my share. Thanks . sangeeta

Do not try to add fuel in the fire otherwise
what you doubt may turn truth in rection.

A registered relinquishment deed can not be now taken back exparte by you.

A suit for cancellation would be required and if i guess correctly deed might be jointly written by all three in father's favor, another hardship to your choice of suit when the 2 are colluded.

But The question is why you doubt your father?

Keep more and more in touch of your father.

dont take any hasty decision . go and meet your father once a week . cook his favourite dishes . once you issue a legal notice you will burn beidges with your family members for ever

NOC is not sufficient. You had to execute rights relinqusih deed that too regd., one.
