if monday & tuesday is holiday & employees get leave from monday to saturday .

my question

will he elegible to get salary of holiday - monday,tuesday & sunday

If he is working in some Govt. department than he is entitle to get salary of holiday - monday,tuesday & sunday.

The employee is fully entitled for the grant of salary for the period of leave in the facts nad circumstances mentioned by you if no contrary agreement of service is in force.

If sunday is a weekly off, then he would get wages for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, irrespective of the provisions in the personal contract of service.
