Society can file an injunction suit against you, if obstructs the other members of the society.

Society is not required to file any suit against member.It shall be referred to co operative assit.registrar for adjudication if you disobey restrain ressolution passed against you by society.Ultimately it would be demolished at your cost with damages imposed on you for inconvenience caused.
