Child visitation :safeguard

1)Does Indian law allowed hidden camera/spy camera in court visiting hours (child custody-child visitation)
2)Can i use it during visiting my child in lawyers chamber also?
3)Is there any ban on spy camera in India?
4)Does court consider as evidence of video chip of spy camera?

I just want of prove violent behavior of my wife & also wants to safe if she beat me again

Court visiting is in presence of Govt approved Court councillors.
So no chance of violence.
Even Police officer is attached during visiting hrs to maintain peace & harmony.

Nothing wrong to seek permission of Court, and apply for it. Most probably it will not be granted, unless u justify absolute necessity for hidden camera.

by now you must have raised at least 50 queries in LCI . if you are visiting your child in lawyers chambers why you need spy cameras . your wife will be in best behaviour . if your wife beats you up lodge police complaint against her
