When a consumer purchased a good from a shop and after that a period of two weeks he returned to the shop and complained about the quantity of the goods purchased.
Whether it come to the purview of the consumer protection act.Whether the caveat emptor rule is applicable to the above purchaser or not.

He cannot complain about the quantity, since he was duty bound to Check the quantity at the time of taking delivery of goods.

Be Happy shop trusted for return after 2 weeks for deficit qty
However if refund not.Done and ack is there for return. Could complain. But weak case

what is evidence that complainant has purchased goods of quantity mentioned by complainant ?if there was any shortfall he should have returned goods immediately
