SIR
MY WIFE AND HER FAMILY ESPECIALLY HER UNCLE WHO HAS VERY STRONG RELATIONS WITH TOP POLICE OFFICIALS (I.E WITH ADGP AND IG LEVEL OFFICERS) IS GIVING FALSE COMPLAINTS AND POLICE IS LODGING FALSE FIRS ON EACH FALSE COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY ENQUIRY WHATSOEVER. THE DETAILS ARE AS BELOW :-
1. 1st FIR WAS LODGED AGAINST ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY WHICH INCLUDES MY OLD AGE PARENTS, MARRIED SISTER AND BROTHER U/S 498A, 323, 506 ETC. FACTS THAT I WAS MARRIED FOR 8 YEARS AND HAS A 6 YEARS DAUGHTER AND THAT I ALONG WITH MY WIFE WAS LIVING SEPERATLY FROM MY PARENTS ARE TOTALLY IGNORED BY POLICE UNDER PRESSURE. EVEN MATTER WAS NOT REPORTED TO WOMEN CELL AND DSP HELD ALL OF US GUILTY IN HIS ENQUIRY WITHOUT MEETING US AND GIVING US A CHANCE FOR PROVING US INNOCENT.
2. AFTER JUST TWO DAYS OF GETTING BAIL IN ABOVE FIR , ONE MORE FALSE FIR WAS LODGED BY POLICE AGAIN ON MY WIFE COMPLAINT AND AGAINST ME AND MY WHOLE FAMILY U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120 B. MY WIFE ALLEGED THAT WE HAVE FORGED HER SIGN ON HER FIXED DEPOSIT AND TOOK AWAY THE MONEY. THE SAID FIX DEPOSIT WAS CLOSED IN 2011 WHEN THERE WAS NO DISPUTE AND MY WIFE WAS LIVING WITH ME AND MY WIFE HAS LODGED COMPLAINT AFTER 2 YEARS BUT AFTER 2 DAYS OF MY GETTING BAIL. POLICE HAS ARRESTED ME WITHOUT ANY PROOF. MY SPECIMEN SIGNATURES AND THAT OF MY ALL FAMILY MEMBER WERE SENT TO FORENSIC LAB AFTER MY ARREST. FORENSIC LAB REPORTED THAT NONE OF MY AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS SIGNATURES MATCHES WITH ONE THAT ON FD AND MY WIFE IS GIVING CONSCIOUS SIGNATURES IN COURT WHICH CAN NOT BE MATCHED. FURTHER, PROCEEDS OF THE FIXED DEPOSIT HAS CREDITED TO JOINT ACCOUNT OF ME AND MY WIFE. AGAIN ALL ABOVE FACTS WERE IGNORED BY POLICE AND CHALLAN WAS GIVEN AGAINST ME AND ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND I HAD TO SPENT ONE MONTH IN JAIL IN THIS CASE. NO ENQUIRY WAS DONE FROM BANKERS NOR THEY WERE MADE PARTY IN THE SAID CASE.
3. JUST AFTER DAYS OF GETTING BAIL IN ABOVE CASE MY WIFE GAVE ONE MORE FALSE COMPLAINT AGAINST ME AND MY FATHER THAT I WAS RESIDING WITH MY PARENTS THAN ALSO I HAVE MADE SEPERATE RATION CARDS AND CHEATED THE GOVERNMENT. DISTRICT FOOD SUPPLY OFFICER DONE THE ENQUIRY OF THE SAID COMPLAINT AND FOUND THAT WE HAVE NOT DRAWN ANY RATION WHATSO EVER FROM THAT RATION CARDS AND EVEN OUR RATION CARDS ARE NOT ATTACHED TO ANY DEPOT BUT IGNORING THE REPORT POLICE LODGED FIR U/S 409, 419 AND 420. I AM A ASST MANAGER IN PUBLIC SECTOR BANK AND MY FATHER IS A RETIRED POLICE INSPECTOR.
4. JUST AFTER ONE DAY OF GETTING BAIL IN ABOVE CASE, ONE MORE COMPLAINT WAS GIVEN BY MY BROTHER IN LAW AGAINST MY BROTHER THAT MY BROTHER TRIED TO KIDNAP MY DAUGHTER WHICH IS WITH MY IN LAWS ONLY. THE DATE AND TIME OF INCIDENCE WAS 28/DEC/2013 @3 PM. BUT MY BROTHER WAS 250 KM AWAY AT THAT TIME AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED FROM ATM FOOTAGE AND MOBILE LOCATION BUT THAN ALSO POLICE CAN LODGE FIR ANY TIME.
SIR, PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO. I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN POLICE. MY IN LAWS WANTS US TO TRANSFER THE TITLE OF MY MOTHER'S HOUSE IN HER NAME THAT IS WHY THEY ARE PUTTING PRESSURE ON US BY LODGING FALSE FIR'S AND POLICE IS CONSPIRING WITH THEM AGAINST US. WE HAVE KNOCKED EACH AND EVERY DOOR RIGHT FROM MLA TO POLICE OFFICERS TO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION BUT NO RELIEF AT ALL.

If your case has merit as you said then you can go for quashing.
You need not reply on police. Once you get bail these cases loose all is steam.

Thanks for replying sir, but the problem is they keep one false case ready and lodges fresh FIR whenevr we got bail. Please advise us can we do something against such unlawful behaviour of police.

The subsequent cases have no merit. Even the court would also appreciate that.
Do not let them terrorise you.
You can also file case against them for criminal intimidation.

Such things happens due to ego clash and because you are nicely employed and your father was retired POLICEMAN.
Now you have options of counter actions for which you should take help of expert criminal advocate.
You can also move court against illegal arrest on minor grounds and may get heavy compensation .
NOW THERE ARE MANY CASE LAWS IN SUCH MATTERS.
You can not stop FIRS but no body can stop you for counter action which should be pin pointed and swift.

Police men are shameless creature in our country. They do not care for any body even police Magistrates only they are afraid of High Court orders. You find out an expert and efficient Constitutional Lawyer and file a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India narrating your harassment in details and highlighting that the Police authorities illegally doing multiplication of cases with some overt act by conspiring with your in laws that sufficiently infringed and encroached upon your legal, constitutional, and fundamental right and natural justice has been denied. And there is no other efficacious remedy and adequate relief in any other law.

Move to High Court in writ jurisdiction against the police officer hatching such consipiration (if you can find out)as well as your wife.
Besides this, report the matter to vigilance department of police against the officer.

I fully agree with a valuable and perfect opinion of learned senior expert Mr. Biswanath Roy da on the subject. The police excesses are to be dealt with iron hand this way so that unnecessary victimization of innocent public can come under control.
