Complaint u/s 156 (3) on false grounds

I(NRI) married my daughter in 2005 with a boy who found to be drug addict with 30 days of marriage Daughter shocked come back to my house Father of the boy filed Heabeus corpus writ in P&H High-court on false gounds .HC directed SHO concerned to record statement of my daughter SHO found everything false in writ Advised them to withdraw the writ and compromise. Daughter took a dare step to correct the boy she succeed to amend him Parents felt downgraded before us daughter and her husband came overseas Father of boy gave them 135000 rupees through me by depositing it in my account in India and I passed that money along with some more funds from my side to the boys account in new Zea land.
Father Mother and Sister of the boy are against my daughter thrown all the dowry items in the back yard of the house which are now damaged to save from criminal action filed complaint u/s 156 (3) on false grounds 1 saying that we have demanded 15 lakhs for marring the daughter and settle the boy abroad which not true I spent 20 lakhs on marriage my daughter gold costly items Zen car Boy became PR in NZ on the basis of marriage JMIC order SHO to investigate SHO filed report by recording evidence of MC and one other who participated in marriage and party to compromise that no offence is made out JMIC without considering the ShoS report start recording evidence which is also false and irrelevant and order summoning us u/s 420 506 etc we have challenged that order in the court of session judge that the complaint is false to harass us and prayed to stay the proceeding will you please advise any judgment on staying the operation of summoning us We are NRIS thanks

You should have gone to high court u/s 482 crpc challenging the proceeding itself.
Sessions court is not the wise idea.

If your Revision in sessions court is admitted then stay would automatically granted for which no citations are needed.
Citations are not supplied here either.
