Dear All,
I need ur advice.I m 68 yrs old widow.Have lost my youngest son 3 yrs back. His wife got re married and not letting me meet my 4.5 yrs grandson since last 10 months since she got married again. I hv put custody case and intrim application for visitation rights as the grandson used to stay with me every weekends while his mother used to stay with her parents before re marriage....,Now when case is pending in court,I hv got court orders to get my grandson for my son (his father) death anniversary puja at my home. His mother (my former daughter in law) will accompany him .Now one side I m happy that atleast my grandson would come to our house after 10 months for atleast 3 hours for his father's puja but at the same time worried that my former daughter in law would put allegations that I and my family fought with her and misbehaved with her and would try to lie in court to creat problems for me in getting further future visiting rights. She is already doing this in the court .She lies very confidently and she scared the kid to the extent that who never wants to leave me ,does not come to me in court when called last time in court for 1 hour.
Pls let me know how to protect myself in those 3 hours so that she cannot put any false alligations and misled the court .She and her lawyer do drama and lie.I m so depressed abt my son's death anniversary and on that day this tension of any false aligations by that female.pls tell me what I should do to protect my future visiting rights.
Thanks a lot for ur time.

There is nothing to worry. Since she is coming in compliance of a court order, there is unlikely to be any untoward incident.
Look forward to meet your natin, not bahu.

Agree with the expert ajay sethi ji. You can get the event video recorded and ask 2 respectable person to present on the occasion for witness.

I endorse the suggestions made by expert Mr. Rajendra K goyal on the subject issue. Yes it is better to get the entire event vedeographed right from the moment they both step in to your house till they leave. This will save your efforts before the court in case of any false allegations by your DIL as you apprehend.

Dear All,
As I mentioned when on the day of my deceased son's puja and as per court orders we went to court to take my grandson alongwith his mother to my house for 2.5 hours. In the court her new husband created drama that he will not send the kid and his wife alone and he will also come.Honorable Judge told me either to agree for this or just forget abt kid visit today..so I agreed ..Puja at home went well and peaceful. In court while reporting back her lawyer told to judge saab that this puja was not pinddaan puja where kid was required and that this puja was regular puja...Anyways next for agrument in court on my intrim application for visitation right judge saab gave date of 30 July means 4 months 10 days ...on my request also he did not make it short and bashed me in court...I am a senior citizen and cannot wait for so long to see my grandson...Judge saab was not at all sympathetic towards me.... I cant wait 4 months 10 days....pls pls advice what should I do ...Regards

File an application under article 227 of the constitution of India in the high court for direction of expeditious disposal of the suit in a time bound manner.
