some advocate advice me to file revision appeal before state commission. whether is it right?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 19 March 2014
Query is vague. You have right to file written objection/version. If you fail to do that then forum may pass order of ex parte hearing which can only be set aside by State Commission.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 20 March 2014
State commission has to be approached for the orders of the consumer forum.
V.T.Venkataram (Expert) 20 March 2014
Your question is vague.Do you mean to say that the complaint has been allowed stating that you have not filed the written statement ??. If it is so, please file Revision Petition before the State Commission as advised by "some advocate" !!!
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 23 March 2014
In case of an order passed by the consumer forum, even if it an exparte order, the State commission only can set the same aside, the local forum has no power to review its own order.
