in my Consumer complaint at District forum i m for the Opponent. in the matter the Hon'ble District forum had passed the "No written statement" order against me. in such circumstances where i can file a application to set aside "No written statement" order passed against me?

some advocate advice me to file revision appeal before state commission. whether is it right?

Query is vague. You have right to file written objection/version. If you fail to do that then forum may pass order of ex parte hearing which can only be set aside by State Commission.

State commission has to be approached for the orders of the consumer forum.

Your question is vague.Do you mean to say that the complaint has been allowed stating that you have not filed the written statement ??. If it is so, please file Revision Petition before the State Commission as advised by "some advocate" !!!

In case of an order passed by the consumer forum, even if it an exparte order, the State commission only can set the same aside, the local forum has no power to review its own order.
