Dear experts
Am a teacher .working at private school.my school iwner is not paying is salary od about 3-4 months.full staff has grievence towards them.i am new joinee heee.if they pay....they give us cash.no eecords at all.
Plz suggest me.how can i make my salary affordable n also am needy of job

do you have your appointment letter? it must be mentioning salary payable to you .
if salary not paid on time teachers should form teachers union and ask for prompt payment of salary . issue notice to management if salary not paid for 3 months

No sir,,they have not given any appointment ketter to us.they just make it oral.when i asjed...director said...its in faith n belief.till now no teacher has asked.
I dont want to spoul rekation with them but need salary to.all time they give silly excuses.when i ask for salary
