False signature on divorce paper

SIR,I WAS DIVORCED AND GOT REMARRIED WITH THE DIVORCE LADY IN 2012. SOON AFTER THE MARRIAGE THE STARTED DEMANDING THE MONEY TO RESOLVE THERE CASE AGAINST THEM. THEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT HER SISTER-IN-LAW HAS ALREADY FILED THE CASE OF DOWRY AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ON MY WIFE, MOTHER-IN-LAW, FATHER-IN LAW AND BROTHER IN LAW AND ALL OF THEM WERE ON BAIL. THEY HIDED ALL OF THIS. WHEN I DENIED TO GIVE ANY MONEY THEN THEY FILED FALSE CASES OF DOWRY AMD DV AS WELL AS 125 FOR MAINTENENCE.
RECENTLY I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT MY WIFE;S DIVORCE TOOK PLACE ON FALSE SIGNATURE AS SHE HAS NOT SIGNED ON HER DIVORCE PAPER, IN PLACE OF HER, HER MOTHER HAS SIGNED AND THEY GOT EX-PARTY DIVORCE. CAN I PROVE THAT SHE TOOK THE DIVORCE FRADULANTLY AND DONE FRAUD WITH THE COURT. AND HOW I CAN DO THIS.KINDLY LET ME KNOW.
1. sir what happened if hand writing expert says that it is not her signature but she says that it is her signature.
2. actually she never come to court her mother has made her signature, because that signature is matching with her mother handwriting.

contact a local lawyer . you would need copy of documents allegedly signed by your wife . forward it to hand writing experts for his opinion . then move court for declaring your marriage null and void
