SIR
A LADY (WORKING WOMAN) HAS CHANGED HER SURNAME IN HER SERVICE RECORD AFTER MARRIAGE.
BUT SHE HAS HER ALL DOCUMENTS ON HER PREVIOUS SURNAME.
NOW SHE WANT TO GO FOR HIGHER STUDY WITH HER PREVIOUS SURNAME.
NOW MY QUERY IS:-
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET ADMISSION WITH HER PREVIOUS SURNAME ?
WILL SHE PRODUCE THAT DOCUMENTS IN HER SERVICE RECORD AFTER COMPLETION OF THE COURSE?
HER SURNAME CHANGED ONLY HER SERVICE RECORD

she can take admission with her new surname . enclose copy of marriage registration certificate . it would indicate that her surname has changed after marriage .

She should take admission with new surname. Marriage certificate copy should be attached in case of need.

SHE DON'T HAVE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE,
SHE CHANGED HER NAME IN HER SERVICE RECORD WITH THE HELP OF AFFIDAVIT , NOW SHE DON'T HAVE CARD OF HER MARRIAGE
HOW WILL SHE GET MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
IS THE SERVICE CERTIFICATE ( WITH NEW SURNAME )IS VALID TO GET MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
ONE MORE THING
IN HER PERSONAL FILE SERVICE RECORD THE CARD OF HER MARRIAGE ,JOINT PHOTOGRAPH AND AFFIDAVIT IS LOST.

She only wants to pursue higher studies on her own. The service records unless otherwise needed for such studies need not be produced to university. The problem will come only if after completion of study she produces the study certificate for promotion in the present service, as she will have one name for studies and the other for service. It will be better to go for studies in old name. You have not said whether her new name is published in papers or given to state authorities.

HER NEW SURNAME IS NOT PUBLISHED IN ANY NEWSPAPER AND NOT GIVEN TO STATE AUTHORITY.
SHE HAS NOT CONTACTED THE UNIVERSITY
SHE WANTS TO DO THAT COURSE BY DISTANCE EDUCATION.
BUT SHE HAS TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM HIGHER AUTHORITY OF HER INSTITUTION WITH HER NEW SURNAME

you are neither contacting the university nor you are contacting the administration (HR) wing of your office.
you are just putting question after question because the forum is free.
so have so far not raised any legal point.
the internal processes of the deptt are not legal query.

I agree with Expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar to an extent. Queries with incomplete details on legal points will not attract any answers from the experts.
