Ancestral property

My mother married to my father in the year 1952 as per hindu law and she expired in the year 1991.One of her ancestral property is on sale and my uncles (mama) aproached us as a legal heirs of her share. We are five of us 3 brothers and 2 married sisters married in 1972 and 1986.I would like to know whether two of my sisters are entitled for their share.if yes under which hindu law?.Experts please give correct advise so that we can complete the sale transaction immediatly.

all children i.e 3 brothers and 2 sister irrespective of their marriage, have equal right in their mothers share of her ancestral property.

As your mother had died in the year 1991, section 8 of Hindu Succession Act, 2005 shall not be applicable but the share of your mother shall be divided among you brothers and sisters as per following formula ( I do presume that your father is no more):
Suppose your the share of your mother is 1 then your sisters jointly shall get 1/20 share each and rest of the share shall be divided among you 3 brothers equally.
